“The beluga needs to officiate the wedding now.”
When Olivia Walsh posed with her boyfriend Gavin Hulberg at the Georgia Aquarium’s beluga whale exhibit, she had no idea she was about to be part of one of the internet’s most heartwarming viral moments.
Gavin, with the help of the aquarium staff, planned the perfect surprise proposal in front of the beluga tank. What neither he nor Olivia could have expected was the reaction of Qinu, a 16-year-old beluga whale who appeared equally stunned.
Remember getting wrapped up in a super-long phone cord?
A lot has changed since the 1970s. If you took a 20-year-old from 2024 and put them in a time machine back to 1974, they’d have a hard time figuring out how to use a telephone, get a good picture on the television set with rabbit ears, or buy tickets for the Pink Floyd or Jackson 5 concert.

In a video shared with his fans just two days shy of his 87th birthday, the legendary actor celebrated his 49th sober anniversary and his message may help others who are on their own sobriety journey.
